Open Positions

Fort Bragg Center for Laser and Cosmetic Dentistry is growing and we are looking for either a full time or part time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dental practice is Fort Bragg, California.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform dental cleanings, including removing plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth
  • Conduct oral health assessments and record findings for the dentist
  • Take and develop dental X-rays
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
  • Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluorides
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans
  • Sterilize instruments and ensure infection control protocols are followed
  • Assist the dentist during exams and procedures when needed

Experience:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
  • Valid state license to practice as a dental hygienist
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to patient care and safety
  • Previous experience in a dental office is preferred but not always required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Compensation:

  • Depending upon experience, starting rate of $65 per hour and up to $75 per hour.
